"Don't go through life,

"grow through life."

- Eric Butterworth

While searching for a balance between work and family, my path led me – rather by chance – to yoga.SALTROOMDuring the yoga studio I co-led with a friend for several years at the Harvestehude medical center, I discovered various yoga styles. The inspiring yoga teachers there motivated me to delve deeper into this world.

I completed my first [training/program/etc.] in 2014.200-hour yoga teacher trainingat VIKASA Yoga on Koh Samui, Thailand. Two years later, I traveled to Rishikesh, India, and completed my300h Advanced Yoga Teacher TrainingI trained at SHIVA Yoga Peeth. These thorough trainings in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, anatomy, meditation, philosophy, and Sanskrit form the basis of my work.

Through my further training and experience inModern DanceI have developed a preference for creative yoga classes where music, movement and joy come together – without losing sight of alignment or anatomy.

My goal is for you tosimply feel goodStrengthen your body, reduce stress, and boost your self-confidence. Yoga with me brings you back to your natural balance of body, mind, and emotions, creating a little island of relaxation in the midst of everyday life.

Whether you're a beginner, advanced player, or returning player – I'm goingindividually tailored to youand pick you up exactly where you are right now.

I look forward to accompanying you on your journey!
