We process personal data for contract fulfillment, booking processing, communication with our customers and to ensure the smooth operation of our yoga services.



What data is collected?

Non-personal data: technical data, usage behavior on the website (e.g. pages visited, clicks, device data).

Personal data: Name, email address, telephone number, address, booking information, payment information (for course or retreat bookings).

This website is hosted by IONOS SE.

Purpose:Technical provision, stability and security of the website, defense against attacks.

Order processing  Article 28 GDPR: We have a contract with IONOS Data Processing Agreement (DPA)  Completed. This ensures that IONOS processes your data exclusively according to our instructions and complies with the GDPR.

Server log files

IONOS automatically collects further data in server log files (e.g. IP address, access time, browser).

Fonts

  • Local Google Fonts:They are integrated locally, no connection to Google servers.
  • External font “TAN Mon Cheri” (IONOS):For technical reasons, the IP address is transmitted to IONOS.

Using Eversports for bookings and payments

For online bookings, we use Eversports (Eversports GmbH, Vienna, Jakov-Lind-Straße 13 H/5. OG, 1020 Wien, Österreich) as our booking system. Your booking data and technical information are processed by Eversports.


Payment processing:

·Stripe or PayPal are used for secure payment.

·Payment information is transmitted directly to the respective provider; GrowYoga.de has no access to complete payment data.

Purpose: Booking and appointment management, conducting yoga courses, retreats or corporate yoga, payment processing, contact in case of questions.

We use Google Maps (Google LLC, USA) to display our locations interactively.

  • IP anonymization is active.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Purpose: Display of our locations

Data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Some service providers (Google, PayPal, Eversports) may transfer data outside the EU, including the USA.

  • The EU has not recognized an equivalent level of data protection in the USA (Schrems II).
  • We implement safeguards, such as IP anonymization and standard contractual clauses, to protect your data.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest / contract necessity or consent, depending on the service provider.



Minors

Our website is not aimed at children; data is only processed with parental consent.

Objection to advertising emails

The use of contact details published in the legal notice for unsolicited advertising is prohibited.
