Terms and Conditions for Booking and Participation


1. Scope

These booking and participation terms apply to all yoga classes, workshops and special events offered by the temorary GROWYOGA Pop-up HafenCity.


2. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made either

  • online via the Eversports booking platform, or
  • on site immediately before the class, subject to availability.

Online bookings must be fully prepaid.
For last-minute participation, on-site payment via PayPal may be accepted. In this case, payment is due immediately before the class begins.


3. Regular Classes – Cancellation & Refund (Online Bookings)

For regular yoga classes booked online via Eversports, the following applies:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the class start
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before the class or for no-shows

4. Workshops & Specials – Cancellation & Refund (Online Bookings)

Unless stated otherwise in the respective description, the following applies to workshops and special events:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start
  • No refunds for later cancellations or no-shows

Any deviating cancellation terms stated in the workshop or event description take precedence.


5. On-site Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings and payments made on site immediately before the class, cancellation and refunds are excluded, as the service is provided immediately.


6. Class Location

Classes take place in various rooms within the same office complex.
The exact location will be communicated during the booking process or prior to the class.


7. Liability & Health Responsibility

Participation in all offerings is at your own risk.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and practicing within their individual limits.

If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you are advised to seek medical advice before participating.

Liability for health-related damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.


8. Contractual Partner

The contract for participation is concluded between the participant and the respective Pop-up Yoga Studio.
Eversports acts solely as the booking platform.



9. Acceptance

By completing the booking, you agree to these booking and participation terms.
